We are seasoned managers with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the automotive and engineering industries. Our background covers customer service, supplier quality, production, logistics, and crisis management – gained both in long-term positions within established OEM environments and in dynamic project settings.
Throughout our careers, we have built deep expertise in lean management, KPI performance management, and customer satisfaction. We have held senior management positions, including 13 years as a plant managing director, and led major projects focused on e-mobility production launches and process optimization.
With 13 years of international assignments in Japan, China, Romania, and Poland, we bring strong intercultural leadership and operational flexibility. Our professional path also includes 6 years of experience in machine tool design and software development management.
